Position: Production Team Leader (Fish Processing)

Location: Fish Factory, Norway

Contract Period: 12 months

Responsibilities:

• Supervising 10–15 workers on the conveyor line.

• Training new employees on hygiene and safety.

• Monitoring productivity and quality.

• Reporting to the Production Manager.

Requirements:

• At least 1–2 years of factory or production experience.

• Ability to lead a small team.

• Good communication skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: €3,900 – €4,400 gross per month.
