Position: Refrigerated Truck Driver (International)
Location: Scandinavia (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland)
Contract Period: 12 months (renewable)
Starting Date: Upon approval of work permit and driver qualification documents.
Responsibilities:
• Driving refrigerated trucks to transport fish and seafood products between factories, warehouses, and
distribution centers.
• Maintaining proper temperature control inside the refrigerated trailer.
• Ensuring on-time deliveries across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland.
• Loading and unloading goods (with assistance or forklift operators).
• Keeping driving logs and delivery documentation according to EU transport rules.
• Performing basic maintenance checks on the truck.
Requirements:
• Valid CE driving license (international truck category).
• Valid Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).
• Experience in refrigerated transport is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Basic English required (Norwegian/Swedish language is a plus).
• Good physical condition and ability to work long routes.
Working Conditions:
• Long-distance driving across Scandinavia (average 2,000–2,500 km per week).
• Trips include both domestic (Norway) and cross-border routes (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland by
ferry).
• Working in rotation shifts (3 weeks driving / 1 week rest, flexible system possible).
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: €4,300 – €4,800 gross per month (depending on experience).
• Overtime & Night Driving: Paid according to Scandinavian transport law.
