Contract Period: 12 months (renewable)
Starting Date: Upon approval of work permit
Responsibilities:
• Cleaning, filleting, cutting, and preparing fish on the conveyor belt.
• Sorting fish by size and quality.
• Removing bones and waste.
• Packing finished fish portions into boxes.
• Keeping the workplace clean and following hygiene standards.
Requirements:
• No previous experience required – full training is provided.
• Physical ability to work standing 8–10 hours per day.
• Basic understanding of English.
• Motivation and discipline to follow instructions.
Working Conditions:
• Working in a cold environment (0–8 °C).
• Protective clothing provided by the employer.
• 5–6 working days per week, 8–10 hours per shift.
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: €3,600-4,100 gross per month
• Overtime: Paid at +40%.
• Accommodation: Provided by the employer (shared apartments, fully equipped, €250–300 per month
deducted from salary).
• Meals: Subsidized canteen at the factory.
• Insurance: Full medical insurance provided.
• Transport: Pickup from the airport upon arrival.
